Strawberries with vanilla yoghurt cream

Ingredients

  • 1250 g Strawberries
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 jar (500 g) Vanilla yoghurt (3,5 % fat)
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 125 g Schmand
  • 100 g grated milk chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries and sprinkle with 75 g sugar. Mix yoghurt, quark, remaining sugar, vanillin sugar and sour cream. Fold 3/4 of the chocolate into the yoghurt quark cream.

    Pour the strawberries into a glass bowl. Pour yoghurt quark cream on top, sprinkle with remaining chocolate and serve decorated with lemon balm if you like.
