Wash the orange hot, rub dry and tear off half of the peel in zests. Halve the orange and squeeze it. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Mix with orange juice and zest.
Wash the mint, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stems and put some tips aside for decoration. Coarsely chop the remaining mint and fold it into the strawberries with the brittle. Arrange on plates and decorate with mint.
