Ingredients

  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (150 g) Pork steak
  • 2 discs Bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 disc (approx. 60 g) brown bread
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sandwich-Creme

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Onions peel, 1 finely dice. Flavour vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of oil little by little. Fold in diced onions.

    Mix the salad with the marinade. Dab steak dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the meat on both sides over medium heat for approx. 4 minutes. Fry the bacon until crispy and remove. Season steak with salt and pepper, keep warm. Cut remaining onion into rings and fry in the frying fat until golden brown. Add egg to the pan, fry on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Spread bread with sandwich cream. Place bacon, steak and egg on top. Add onion rings.
