Steak with potatoes and sour cream

Ingredients

  • 150 g baby potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1-2 stem(s) curly parsley
  • 1 (approx. 150 g; fillet of beef) Beef medallion
  • 100 g sour cream

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them and cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix tomatoes and onions. Pour the vinaigrette over it and put it aside.

    Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat the remaining oil in a small pan and fry the meat on each side for about 2 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley. Arrange meat, salad, potatoes and sour cream on a plate. Serve garnished with basil as desired
