  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Rump steaks (approx. 250 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS BBQ Sauce
  • 8 discs White bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

  1. 1

Coarsely grate the cheese. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into slices. Peel onion and cut into strips.

  2. 2

  4. 4

Cover 4 slices of bread with cucumber. Spread steak strips with onions and sauce on the slices and spread the remaining bread slices on top.
