  • 1 jar (450 g) Nut nougat cream
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil
  • baking paper

Directions

    Pour nut nougat cream into a bowl and melt over a warm water bath. Beat the eggs in a bowl for 4-6 minutes until frothy.

    Cream in a thin stream into the eggs and embezzle. Fold the aluminium foil several times to form a firm strip. Place the strip in the middle of the baking tray (34 x 40 cm) and press firmly.     Remove the brownies and let them cool down briefly. Cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
