Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 package (250 g) frozen squid rings
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chinese spice mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 red and green chili pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon leaves

Directions

  1. 1

Wash and clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel broccoli stems and carrots (put one aside) and wash. To cut "flowers" from the vegetables, cut into broccoli stems and 1 carrot lengthwise into grooves.

  2. 2

Then cut into slices. Cut the rest of the carrot diagonally into slices and cut in "leaf veins". Steam vegetables in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and fry the squid rings for 2-3 minutes while turning.

  3. 3

Season the lime juice with salt, Chinese spice and a little sugar, fold in the remaining oil. Clean, wash, wash, finely dice or cut the chillies into rings. Wash lemon leaves. Cut 2 leaves into fine strips.

  4. 4

Turn all prepared salad ingredients in the marinade. Garnish with lemon leaves and serve lukewarm with baguette.
