Directions

  1. 1

Take the dough out of the refrigerator about 10 minutes before processing. Defrost the green beans. In the meantime peel carrots and cut them into fine sticks (approx. 5 cm long). Clean and wash spring onions and Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips (approx. 5 cm long). Clean the peppers, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and wash. Mix light and black sesame seeds on a plate. Form 10 small bundles from the prepared vegetables and beans. Place the pastry sheets next to each other on the work surface and brush each with a little oil. Fold over one half of the dough and place a vegetable bundle in the middle of each. Fold down the long sides of the dough sheets slightly and roll up the dough sheets from the short side. Brush the edges of the dough with a little oil and press on. Brush the rolls all around with some oil and turn them in the sesame mixture. Place rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 15-20 minutes.
