Ingredients

  • 125 g unsalted peanuts
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g (5 g) flour, 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 75 g brown sugar, 75 g sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 350-400 g Nut Nougat Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fruit gum cords and liquorice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cat's paws

Directions

    Finely chop the nuts and coarsely chop the chocolate. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Cream butter, whole sugar and salt for about 10 minutes. Stir in egg. Stir in the flour mixture briefly, then fold in the nuts and chocolate

    Form 20-24 cookies (each approx. 5 cm Ø). Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Cooling down

    Mix icing sugar, juice and approx. 1 tbsp. water to a thick icing. Spread half the biscuits with nougat. Decorate the other half with cobwebs or faces made of icing and liquorice. Put a lid on the nougat biscuits. Put strings as spider legs in between. Leave to dry
