Marinated berries with crunchy flakes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS crunchy oats
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 400 g mixed berries (e.g. blueberries,
  • 7-10 Tbsp raspberries, blackberries and red currants)
  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 300 g Soured milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Fry the oat flakes briefly in a pan without fat. Sprinkle with sugar and lightly caramelise. Spread immediately on a piece of aluminium foil lightly coated with oil. Let it cool down

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sort and wash the remaining berries, remove the currants from the panicles. Wash, halve and stone the nectarines and cut into thin slices. Mix honey and lime juice. Dribble the marinade over the fruits and leave to stand for about 30 minutes

    Arrange marinated fruits and soured milk. Crumble crunchy flakes coarsely over it
