Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 200 g seedless grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ Pineapple
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS chopped almonds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed pistachios
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers
  • baking paper
  • 2 Freezer bag

Directions

    Wash the grapes, dab dry. Peel and chop the kiwis. Peel and halve the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel bananas, cut into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Chop the chocolate separately. Melt each in a hot water bath while stirring. Roast the almonds without fat, remove.

    Dab fruits dry and put them on wooden skewers. Dip all or part of the fruit into the dark or white chocolate. Place on baking paper to drain.

    Fill the remaining white and dark chocolate separately into freezer bags. Cut off a small corner in each bag. Decorate fruits with it. Sprinkle with almonds or pistachios as desired. Let it set in the fridge.

    Arrange on plates or a small platter.
