Spicy vintner cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 400 g Soft cheese (e.g. Limburger)
  • 300 g soft butter
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Riesling wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, cling film

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onions. Finely dice 200 g cheese. Roughly dice 200 g of cheese and puree it with the chopping stick. Knead with onions, butter in flakes, wine, salt and pepper. Knead cheese cubes into it

    Form into a roll (approx. 8 cm Ø). Wrap in foil. Keep cool for at least 2 hours. Cut into slices. Should be at room temperature for serving. Goes well with farmhouse bread
