Colorful grilled vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 4 large peppers
  • 500 g Courgette
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 4-5 Tbsp Vinegar or lemon juice
  • 8-10 Tbsp olive oil, possibly aluminium foil

Directions

    Clean and wash vegetables and mushrooms. Cut peppers into wide strips, zucchini and tomatoes into thick slices

    Grill the vegetables on the hot grill (possibly on aluminium foil) for 4-6 minutes. Turn more often. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with vinegar and oil. Tastes hot and cold
