Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Cut ham into strips.
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cut cheese into small pieces and stir into the egg milk. Heat oil in a pan. Fry ham and vegetables for about 6 minutes.
Drain the pasta, let it drain and add after 3 minutes. Pour on egg milk. Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer at reduced heat for 5-10 minutes. Serve in the pan.
