Spicy scrambled eggs with chorizo

Ingredients

  • 1 small red pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 150 g Chorizo sausage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Halve the sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausage for about 6 minutes while turning.

    After about 3 minutes, add the paprika and spring onion rings, except for something to sprinkle on top.

    In the meantime, whisk eggs and milk and season lightly with salt and pepper. Put them into the sausage pan and let them set with the spatula while stirring moderately. Arrange on plates and enjoy pure as a low carb meal, or serve with ketchup and bread.
