Spicy salad with lamb filet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200-250 g Lamb filet or pork filet
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 small head radicchio
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 2 small apples
  • 100 g Celeriac
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. balsamic vinegar)

Directions

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the fillet all around. Then fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Clean, wash and drain the salads and pluck them into bite-sized pieces. Wash, quarter and core apples. Cut off a few slices to garnish. Cut the rest into pieces. Peel, wash and roughly grate celery. Chop the nuts. Wash and pluck the thyme.

    Take out the meat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, vinegar and thyme to the frying fat and heat. Season with salt and pepper

    Cut the fillet into slices. Arrange on plates with salads, apple pieces and celery. Drizzle marinade over them and sprinkle with walnuts

    Drink: dry red wine
