Bring 1 l salted water to the boil. Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp. soup powder. Cook rice in water for about 20 minutes. Shape meatballs
Heat the oil. Fry the meatballs in the oil for about 5 minutes. Clean, wash and drain the mushrooms. Add to the meatballs and fry
Deglaze balls with 700 ml water and bring to the boil. Stir in the remaining soup powder. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes
Add tomatoes and cream and bring to the boil. Flavour with paprika if necessary. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Drain the rice and serve with it
