Spicy goat cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Goat cheese
  • 75 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 large head salad
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp parsley and possibly lemon pepper

Directions

    Stir cheese and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice

    Remove 8 large lettuce leaves, wash and dab dry (keep the rest). Place two leaves on top of each other and spread with the cheese. Fold the sides of the leaves inwards and roll up. Put in a cool place for about 15 minutes.

    Peel and chop the onion. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Whip oil into it and add onion. Slice the cheese rolls with a sharp knife. Spread marinade over it. Garnish with lemon and parsley. Sprinkle with lemon pepper if necessary.
