Peel, wash and cut the carrots into small strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the herbs. Cut chives into small rolls. Roughly chop the remaining herbs.
Mix lemon juice with oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix prepared ingredients and marinade. Arrange on one piece of baguette each. Serve garnished with a slice of lemon
