Spicy cheese crostini

  • 100 g Hard cheese (e.g. Comté)
  • 1 TEASPOON Thyme leaves
  • 8 discs Baguette

Directions

    Grate hard cheese finely and mix with thyme leaves. Spread the baguette on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown.
