  • 1.2 kg Apples
  • 1/8 l clear apple juice
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 3-5 Star Anise

Directions

    Peel, core and roughly dice apples. Steam in apple juice covered with sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, cinnamon and aniseed for 8-10 minutes. Leave to cool.
