Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 300 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 3-4 Tbsp Amaretto liqueur or milk

Directions

    Cream butter, 1 pinch of salt and sugar. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in with the milk. Halve the dough

    Finely dice the marzipan or grate it coarsely. Stir with liqueur under one half of the dough

  3. 3

    Preheat waffle iron, grease. Place 1 ladle of dough in the middle of each waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Warm the waffles in a hot oven or bake them directly at the table
