Put the baking mix, fat, egg and the contents of the packet of orange fruit in a bowl. Work through with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Knead on a lightly floured work surface. Form the dough into rolls of approx. 3 cm Ø and chill for 30 minutes.
Then cut into 1/2 cm thick slices and place on greased baking trays. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes. Remove and let cool off.
Heat jam and marmalade separately and pass through a sieve. Spread the cookies with the jam and decorate with nuts, almonds and grated coconut. Results in about 45 pieces.
