Roast the oat flakes in a coated pan without fat and remove. Mix flour, baking powder, egg, salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and mineral water until smooth. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes
Wash plums, cut in half, stone. Bring to the boil with 3-4 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and star aniseed. Simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Mix starch and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. Stir into the compote, bring to the boil and cool down a little
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake 2 small pancakes one after the other from the dough. Serve with plums and sprinkle with oat flakes. Decorate if necessary.
