Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 30 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 TEASPOON Apple vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Poultry bratwurst
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 1 knife tip Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Paprika strips

Directions

    Mix egg and milk. Mix flour, baking powder and 1 pinch of salt, stir in. Let the dough swell for about 5 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion.

    Wash and slice the tomato. Clean and wash the lamb's lettuce and pluck it a little smaller if necessary. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, add 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade

    Cut the bratwurst into thin slices. Wash and chop parsley and stir into the dough. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the bratwurst briefly while turning. Add the dough and bake a golden pancake.

    Mix sour cream and tomato paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange pancakes and salad. Add the dip garnished with strips of bell pepper
