Spaghettini with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package (500 g) Spaghettini 71 (Buitoni)
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp red and green chillies

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut the florets from the stems. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cook the spaghettini in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile peel and finely chop the garlic. Halve the chilli pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into fine strips. Drain broccoli and collect the broccoli water. Drain spaghettini and quench briefly. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic and chilli pepper. Remove from the pan. Add broccoli and spaghettini to the pan, deglaze with 200 ml broccoli water and braise for another 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and chilli mixture and mix together. Season again with salt and pepper. Serve spaghettini garnished with chillies on four plates
