Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Halve melon, remove seeds and use a ball cutter to cut out small balls from the flesh. Wash parsley and pluck off leaves. Arrange prepared ingredients on plates.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix buttermilk and diced onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle cucumber slices and melon balls with it
