Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-5 Tomatoes
  • 1 Lollo bianco or lettuce
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4-5 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Clean, wash and drain lettuce well. Then pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into evenly thin rings

    For the marinade add vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir in oil. Arrange salad on plates and sprinkle with marinade. Sprinkle with coarse pepper and serve immediately. Add fresh baguette or a few slices of bread by the metre as desired
