Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Fry onion and mushrooms in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Add stock and cream and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce thickener.
Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cut ham slices into small pieces. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Drain noodles and mix with sauce, ham and chives.
Sprinkle with crushed pink berries.
