Ingredients

  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 collar (approx. 75 g) Basil
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 75 ml mild olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g wide ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil and roasted pine nuts

    Peel and chop the garlic. Wash basil and shake dry. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, take them out. Grate parmesan. Mix basil, garlic and oil with

    Add the pine nuts and parmesan, puree again and season to taste with salt. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain pasta and mix with pesto. Arrange pasta and garnish with basil and pine nuts.
