Mafaldine with bacon-mushroom sauce (pasta sauce)

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 100 g Bacon, sliced
  • 400 g Mafaldine noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into fine rings. Cut bacon into strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Heat oil, leave bacon in it until crispy, take out and drain on kitchen paper. Fry onions and mushrooms in hot bacon fat. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. Add 250 ml water and cream while stirring. Stir in stock. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Mix bacon into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
