Spaghetti with hot garlic oil

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 fresh red peppers
  • 1 collar or pot of basil
  • 8-10 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime peel garlic and cut into slices. Carve pepperoni lengthwise, remove seeds and wash. Cut into very thin rings. Wash and finely chop the basil.

    Heat the oil. Sauté the garlic and pepperoni in it. Fold in basil.
