Clean and wash the tomatoes, peppers and celery, put some celery green aside. Dice the tomatoes and peppers, cut the celery into slices. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Wash and pluck the thyme
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Add vegetables and 2/3 thyme and steam for about 5 minutes, season
Fold in the noodles and add so much stock until everything is covered. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 1 hour
Dice ham, crumble cheese. Fold ham into the vegetables 5 minutes before the end of cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese and rest of thyme. Garnish with celery green
