Spaghetti salad with peppers and meat sausage

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 (approx. 800 g) green and red peppers
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 200 g Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 100 g Tomato-Paprika in strips (sour preserve)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cucumber water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Break the spaghetti into smaller pieces and cook in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. In the meantime clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Peel the skin from the sausage. Slice the cucumbers and cut the sausage into strips. Drain pickled peppers, collect 2 tablespoons of liquid.

    Mix mayonnaise, paprika liquid and cucumber water. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients. Leave to stand for 30 minutes and season to taste again. Serve garnished with parsley
