Spaghetti nests with vegetable sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Flour
  • 1 package (500 g) strained tomatoes
  • 100 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS dried. Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the peppers and leek. Dice paprika and cut leek into rings. Cut ham into short strips

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil. Fry the vegetables for approx. 5 minutes while turning

    Dust the vegetables with flour and sauté briefly. Deglaze with tomatoes and sour cream. Add thyme, bring everything to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and ketchup. Add ham. Drain the noodles, turn them into nests and serve with the sauce. Garnish if necessary
