Spaghetti in colourful tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Onions
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for ten minutes. Fry the mushrooms in hot oil and take them out.

    Sauté the onions and garlic in the frying fat, add the tomatoes and puree them with the chopping stick. Add bell peppers and mushrooms and cook for five minutes. Wash the basil and chop finely, except for a bouquet for garnishing. Cut the ham into strips. Season sauce with salt, pepper and basil. Heat the ham in the sauce. Drain the pasta. Grate parmesan. Arrange spaghetti with sauce on a plate and sprinkle with cheese.
