Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 250 g Celery (approx. 1/2 perennial)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp sliced parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the carrots, clean the celery and wash both. Cut carrots and celery into cubes (approx. 0.5 x 0.5 cm). Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion, carrot cubes and celery for 1-2 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add minced meat to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and chop coarsely.

    Pour in broth. Simmer Bolognese for about 10 minutes. Wash the herbs and dab dry. Chop thyme leaves and leaves of 2 stalks of basil finely and add the sauce. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Drain the pasta. Pour sauce over the pasta and garnish with basil. Sprinkle with parmesan.
