  • 20 g dried tomatoes
  • 150 g coarse salt
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS ground black pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS dried herbs (oregano or marjoram)

    Chop the tomatoes very finely. Mix salt, pepper, herbs and tomatoes well. Store salt dry and closed
