Mix pudding powder, sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute, stirring continuously
Stir in sour cream and bring to the boil again. Pour into 4 cold rinsed moulds (approx. 150 ml content). Chill for at least 3 hours.
Drain the tangerines, collecting the juice. Peel, halve and slice the kiwis. Mix maple syrup and 3 tbsp. mandarin juice. Mix with the fruit. Turn out the sour cream pudding and serve with the fruits. Decorate with lemon balm if desired.
