Soufflé with strawberry sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Protein
  • 2 Eggs
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp chen

Directions

    Knead flour and butter until a smooth mixture is obtained. Bring milk and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar to the boil. Stir in the flour and butter dumpling until you get a thick cream. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the egg white. Separate the eggs. Gradually stir in the egg yolks as well. Beat egg white and sugar until stiff and fold in carefully.

    Wash, clean and chop 50 g strawberries and fold in as well. Grease 4 soufflé cups and sprinkle with sugar. Fill in the soufflé mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. In the meantime, wash and clean the remaining strawberries and puree them with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Season to taste with lemon juice and remaining vanilla sugar. Remove the soufflés from the oven, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately with strawberry sauce
