Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 150 g Plait noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Corncob
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 discs cooked ham
  • 20 g fresh ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce
  • 2 Chicken filet
  • 6 Branches of rosemary
  • 6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g Fillet of beef
  • 1/2 Baguette-Brot
  • 400 g Raclette cheese in slices
  • 1 glass (380 g) Cocktail sausages
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Mixed Pickles
  • 1 glass (255 g) pickled peppers
  • 150 g Camembert
  • 100 g Gouda cheese in slices
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 1 jar (200 g) Tatar sauce
  • 1 (250 ml) bottle of cocktail sauce
  • 100 g Herb Butter

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes, quench, let them cool down a little, peel and slice them. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the diced onion until transparent. Add tomato pieces, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Clean, wash and slice the corn. Bring 2 litres of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the boil. Cook the corn for about 10 minutes. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Clean and trim the mushrooms and break out the stems. Clean, wash and slice the peppers. Cut ham into strips

    For the chicken filet marinade, peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt. Wash the chicken fillet, dab dry, cut into thirds and marinate. For the beef fillet marinade, wash the herbs and shake dry. Pluck leaves or needles from half of the herbs and chop. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Mix garlic, chopped herbs and 2 tbsp. oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly dice half of the beef fillet and marinate in the marinade. Cut bread into slices

    Arrange all the prepared ingredients, raclette cheese (cut off the rind as desired), cocktail sausages, mixed pickles, pickled peppers, camembert, gouda cheese, meat, bacon, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and herb butter in small bowls or plates. Arrange pickles as desired, e.g. pasta with tomato sauce and gouda cheese or potatoes with ham and raclette cheese

    Meanwhile, bacon slices as desired. Prepare meat or vegetables on the grill of the raclette machine
