Wash the chicken thoroughly inside and out. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Separate garlic into cloves. Wash rosemary and shake dry. For the marinade mix beer, salt, 1-2 teaspoons paprika and oil
Oil a ring cake mould (2.5 litres capacity). Spread potatoes, garlic cloves and rosemary in the mould. Salt the inside of the chicken and place it on the pan. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 1/2 hours. Spread the prepared marinade on the chicken every 10 minutes
