  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Bed of garden cress

Directions

    Halve the lime and squeeze it. Clean and wash the spring onion, cut into fine rings and chop coarsely. Dice salmon finely, mix with spring onion, oil and lime juice

    Season to taste with salt and pepper and arrange with the help of starter rings (approx. 4 cm Ø). Cut the cress from the bed, garnish the tartar with it
