Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 150 g mixed minced meat
  • 50 g Mett
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 package (30 g) deep-frozen seasoning mix "Mexican"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Kohlrabi
  • 1/2 small red pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Crumble the toast. Mix onion, toast, minced meat, ground pork, egg and half of the Mexican herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form a small meatloaf. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into small pieces.

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Fry kohlrabi and paprika in hot fat. Deglaze with broth. Stir in remaining herbs and season with salt. Cook for about 15 minutes. Cut the roast open and serve garnished with the vegetables and parsley. Rice tastes good with it
