Ingredients

  • 400 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2-3 stem(s) Savory
  • 150 g black olives (with stone)
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Clean, wash and blanch the beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then rinse under cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry onion and minced meat for 4-5 minutes and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Add the tomatoes and 5 tablespoons of water and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Halve the beans. Wash the herbs and chop the leaves coarsely, except for 2 stalks of thyme. Add herbs, beans and olives to the mince.

    Crumble the sheep's cheese and add just before serving. Bread tastes good with it.
