Slices of tomato au gratin with basil

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse black pepper
  • 1 (62,5 g) Corner of Cream-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Processed cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomatoes, cut them into thin slices and place them on 4 ovenproof plates. Sprinkle each plate with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Quarter cheese triangles, divide into small pieces and spread on the tomato slices.

    Bake for approx. 5 minutes under the preheated grill. Wash the basil, remove the leaves and garnish the tomato slices with it.
