Slices of salmon au gratin with potatoes and broccoli in Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 1 (approx. 450 g) Head broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 medium sized salmon slices (approx. 120 g each)
  • 1 pack of Hollandaise sauce
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash broccoli, divide into small florets and drain. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes.

    Remove, rinse in cold water and let it drain. Wash the salmon slices and dab them dry. Put 1/8 litre of water into a pot, bring to the boil and stir in the contents of the pack of hollandaise.

    Dice fat. Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the fat little by little. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Drain the potatoes, rinse and peel. Put the potatoes and broccoli in an ovenproof dish.

    Put laugh ranks on top. Spread the hollandaise sauce over the salmon, potatoes and broccoli and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
