Skewers with meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 small, yellow pepper (approx. 150 g)
  • 30 g Fast cooked rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 (approx. 75 g) untreated orange
  • 2 Shallots
  • 100 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 tsp (5 g) medium hot mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs
  • 2 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Bring 100 ml water to the boil. Cook rice and paprika for about 10 minutes. Season with salt. In the meantime, wash the orange and cut into slices.

    Peel and halve the shallots. Knead minced meat, mustard and curd. Season with salt and pepper and form into balls. Put balls, orange and shallots on skewers. Fry in hot oil over medium heat for 7-10 minutes while turning.

    Stir yoghurt until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chop mint finely and stir in. Drain rice if necessary and serve with skewers and sauce garnished with fresh herbs.
