Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head White cabbage (about 500 g)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS sweet-hot Asian sauce
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 g Peanut kernels
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cilantro
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Peanut kernels and coriander

Directions

    Clean the white cabbage, cut out the stalk. Wash cabbage and cut into fine strips. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Mix cabbage, paprika and asia sauce, let it soak for about 20 minutes.

    Peel and chop the onion. Finely chop the peanuts. Knead minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, onion and peanuts. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and chili and form small balls. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions.

    Put meatballs and spring onions alternately on skewers. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the meatballs for 6-8 minutes at medium heat, turning from time to time. Season coleslaw to taste again.

    Arrange the skewers and cabbage salad. Garnish with peanuts and coriander. Serve with a sauce.
