Ingredients

  • 3 cooked king prawns
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g White cabbage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Garlic butter
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 stem(s) Chervil and nCoriander

Directions

    Shrimps, except for the tail ends, from the shell and remove the black intestine. Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Cut lengthwise to just before the tail. Season sesame oil with salt and pepper. Marinate the prawns briefly in it.

    Clean the white cabbage, wash and drain well. Cut the cabbage into coarse strips. Heat garlic butter in a wok. Add the white cabbage and fry it for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Add marinated prawns and fry for approx. 3 minutes more. Season to taste with salt, pepper, soy sauce and seasoned sesame oil. Wash the herbs, dab dry and remove the leaves. Arrange white cabbage and prawns on a plate. Sprinkle herbs over them.
